MISSING!! ARF Foster kitty Tobie.

Last seen on Piccadilly Street between Maitland and William. He was heading into the backyard of a neighbour going towards Oxford St.
If anyone can help in finding him, spots him, or catches him, please call 519-851-2996 immediately.
He is an 8-9 month old grey/white/black tabby,
and is very skittish around people.
THANK YOU!

Wonderful Surprise on Recent Rescue Trip
to Serpent River!!

The citizens of Sault Ste Marie RULE - especially
Aunt Hol and Vick!

We put out a plea for kibble. The communities we were visiting were counting on it, and we were unable to bring it due to border regulations (faster to cut through the U.S.)

We were overwhelmed with the kindness and generosity of the entire town! Visiting or passing through the Sault this Summer? Check out the list of businesses who donated to ARF and be sure to patronize them!

Please allow us to introduce ourselves!

We are "The Animal Rescue Foundation of Ontario". ARF Ontario is based in London, Ontario, formed by long-time ARF Alberta volunteers. The Animal Rescue Foundation of Ontario works with local First Nations areas and Rural communities to help find permanent loving homes for unwanted strays.

ARF receives no government grants and we operate completely on donations from fellow animal lovers, monies raised through adoption fees and fundraising projects developed by our volunteers. We are 100% volunteer, we are grassroots, and are not a registered charity. The majority of our expenses go towards essential veterinary care, training and supplies for the animals we rescue. While all dogs and cats require vaccinations, spay/neutering, de-worming, quality food & TLC, most of them do require more extensive veterinary procedures and consultations with trainers.

ARF has an HONESTY POLICY: the full history, and all medical information, is given to potential adopters before a decision to adopt has been made. We want families, and their new furry friends, to be happy and safe for life.

Our Vision: To promote humane treatment, compassion, and respect towards all companion animals.

Our Goals: To implement accessible and affordable spay/neuter surgeries for adult companion animals and to reduce the overall number of strays needing to be rescued. - To educate the public on the benefits of positive training techniques. - To support Bite Prevention Campaigns, working towards reducing the number of dog bites in the community and helping to keep families and their companion animals safe.
